Return Process

  Log into your FMCGCart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
